Role Mission

As a Data Quality Analyst in Manual Publishing, your mission is to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of regulatory content publication through rigorous data analysis and quality assurance. You will collaborate with publishing and production teams to streamline data workflows, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvements in the manual publishing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, manage, and validate data used in the manual publishing of regulatory content.

  • Collect, map, and maintain regulatory data to support accurate and timely publication.

  • Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies, inconsistencies, or gaps in publishing systems.

  • Support the end-to-end process of regulatory updates and manual content publishing.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with publishing, data, and production teams to optimize workflows.

  • Deliver timely, accurate reports to internal stakeholders to inform publishing decisions.

  • Continuously monitor data quality and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce publishing errors.

  • Prioritize tasks and meet publishing deadlines in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

  • Contribute to process documentation and best practices for data handling in publishing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a data analysis or publishing-related role, ideally within a regulatory or content-driven environment.

  • Technical Skills

    • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

    • Familiarity with publishing systems and manual publishing workflows.

  • Analytical Ability

    • High attention to detail with strong skills in identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and data issues.

    • Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering data-driven solutions.

  • Communication

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills to liaise with multiple internal teams.

  • Work Ethic

    • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks independently under tight deadlines.

    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement.

  • Additional

    • Interest or basic understanding of business or regulatory content is an advantage.
