Staff Product Designer

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to craft world-class experiences that simplify complex tax and compliance workflows into intuitive, elegant solutions.

In this role, you will shape the future of our product experience as we scale globally. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bring our vision to life, from discovery to delivery. Your design expertise will help turn intricate tax compliance challenges into user-friendly, scalable platform interfaces that drive adoption and delight users.

What you will do

• Lead design initiatives across the entire product lifecycle – from early research and concept development through detailed UI design and delivery

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to deeply understand our users and translate complex tax workflows into simple, intuitive solutions

• Establish and drive a high-quality visual and interaction design language across the platform

• Design flows and experiences that are elegant, accessible, and empower users to be confident in managing compliance at scale

• Contribute to strategic decisions about product vision and roadmap

• Help shape and grow our design culture and processes, including mentoring designers and contributing to our design system

• Bridge the gap between technical complexity and human-centered design, championing usability and product simplicity

You will be a great fit if

• You have extensive experience as a product designer, ideally with exposure to enterprise or B2B SaaS platforms

• Comfortable designing end-to-end experiences – from user journeys to UI components – and iterating quickly based on feedback

• You have strong interaction and visual design skills and can bring simplicity to complexity

• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment

• You’re an excellent communicator and storyteller who can articulate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams

• You care deeply about user experience and are constantly looking for ways to improve it

• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where flexibility, autonomy, and initiative are essential

• Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma; bonus points for experience with tax tech, fintech, or platform-based products

• Native or close to native proficiency in English; other languages are a plus
