Key Responsibilities ●        Identify and qualify potential leads and prospects in the market ●        Proactively call into target leads and maintain a pipeline of potential leads ●        Follow a systematic approach for new leads scanning ●        Support commercial team to win new opportunities ●        Achieve quarterly Leads generation goals set by sales ●        Work with channel partners to extend reach & drive adoption Qualifications ●        Bachelor’s degree or above from an established institution ●        3 years of work experience with commercial or business development experience ●        Passionate about startup culture, with a strong ownership mentality, high resilience under pressure, and abilities to navigate through a global organization ●        Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to coordinate with different parties and drive project implementation ●        Fluency in Mandarin and English
