As we continue our journey, we’re seeking a dynamic Global BD Manager to lead our world-class team of Business Development Representatives. This is your chance to shape the future of pipeline generation and help Atlan redefine how data teams collaborate globally.
Your Mission
Lead with purpose: Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of BDRs responsible for generating both inbound and outbound pipelines across global markets.
Drive pipeline generation: Develop and execute high-impact campaigns and strategies to meet and exceed pipeline targets.
Enable team success: Build robust training programs to upskill your team on prospecting, messaging, and data-driven decision-making.
Harness the power of data: Use metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns, measure success, and guide decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to refine messaging, align strategies, and ensure consistent execution.
What makes you a match for us?
Leadership experience: Have 4+ years of leadership experience with a track record of excellence leading high-performing, pipeline generation in a fast-growing high-technology company (preferred)
Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and act on key performance metrics.
SaaS expertise: Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, prospecting techniques, and the modern data stack.
Tools of the trade: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach), and now, AI tools!
Coaching excellence: A passion for mentoring and developing teams, with a focus on fostering resilience, adaptability, and creativity in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative spirit: Experience working closely with marketing and sales teams to create cohesive strategies that align with broader business goals.
