Nearly every organization in the world relies on complex manual work to carry out critical internal processes. Luminai serves some of the world’s most critical organizations in sectors like Healthcare, Finance, and Telecommunication to delegate mission-critical workflows that previously required hands-on human involvement, over to autonomous AI systems. Our approach combines frontier AI development, with a purpose built workflow execution engine to achieve this goal.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Luminai, you’ll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to make healthcare more efficient. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent that aligns with our culture. This is a hybrid position. Our team is in-office 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu) in San Mateo, California.

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions – Engineering, Product, and Design

• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions

• Develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline

• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication

• Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies (preferably B2B SaaS)

• Proven success hiring for technical teams

• Strong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing – including negotiating offers, pitching equity value to candidates, and building relationships

• Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders

• Passion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby)

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, across various time zones

• Passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace

• Experience with healthcare hiring is a huge plus
