About the Role
What you will do:
Tackle cutting-edge challenges in prompt engineering, language model optimization, and AI system evaluations.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape and execute our technical roadmap.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable software systems, APIs, and AI-driven features.
What you might work on:
Create and optimize models to identify, categorize, and rectify errors in medical billing and insurance claims.
Build interactive conversational agents and AI-driven user interfaces to simplify healthcare navigation for users.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to embed domain-specific healthcare insights into AI solutions.
We'll be most excited if you
Bring 5+ years of engineering experience building and shipping software.
Love exploring the frontier of AI—constantly curious and driven to master prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and evaluating AI performance.
Are mission-driven and passionate about solving meaningful problems with real-world impact.
Thrive in ambiguity, demonstrating autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Think big-picture, designing pragmatic solutions for complex technical challenges.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Have 10+ years of GPT-4 experience—or, failing that, a good sense of humor.
Bonus points if you have experience with healthcare data, product engineering, machine learning, or web crawling.
