What You’ll ExperienceOrientation (Week 1–2)

You’ll begin with a sharp, focused onboarding with no fluff. You’ll meet key leaders, understand how our business works, and learn the tools and mindset required to succeed here.

Departmental Rotations (Month 1–10)

Spend ~2 months per department across 3-5 core areas, such as:

  • Marketing – Brand positioning, campaign strategy, and performance analysis

  • Finance – Budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and investor reporting

  • Business Development – Strategic partnerships, deal support, and market expansion

  • Operations (Customer Service & Admin) – SOP design, QA improvement, and acting team lead exposure

  • Human Resources – Talent hiring, onboarding, and engagement strategy

At the end of each rotation, you’ll present your work and insights to the department head and programme team. You’ll be evaluated on contribution, clarity of thought, and growth potential.

Final Project (Month 11–12)

You’ll lead a business-critical, cross-functional, outcome-focused, and senior-management facing capstone project. This is where you apply everything you’ve learned.

We’re looking for:

  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (1–2 years of experience)

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Business, Finance, Marketing, HR preferred)

  • CGPA 3.5 and above (or strong academic standing)

  • Proven leadership or initiative (in student bodies, part-time work, or personal projects)

  • Strong communication, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
