Senior BI Developer

We are looking for a skilled Senior BI Developer who will translate business requirements into effective data models and pipelines. If you have experience working with DBT, Snowflake, and a passion for data, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a long-term role.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a BI Developer;
• Strong experience in translating business requirements into data models, Source to Target mapping, and DBT data pipelines;
• Expertise in modern data platforms, specifically DBT and Snowflake (must-have);
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data transformation and performance optimization;
• Experience with modern data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within a Data and Analytics environment;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot data-related issues;
• Excellent communication skills;
• English: Advanced level.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a Data and Analytics team to develop, manage, and maintain a modern Data and Analytics platform;
• Translate business requirements into efficient data models and pipelines;
• Develop and maintain DBT data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems;
• Optimize database performance and implement best practices in Snowflake;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide impactful solutions;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and BI.
