Every day, students from 175 nationalities book over 5000 nights across 33 cities on uniplaces.com.

Our diverse team, representing 14 nationalities and speaking 6 languages, is dedicated to improving the student and landlord experience. We aim to make finding a room as easy as booking a flight.

Join Us as a Landlord Success Intern!

Do you want to make a difference? Join our team as a Landlord Success Intern and play a crucial role in managing property availability and landlord communication!

️ In this role, you will be responsible for keeping property availability up to date by maintaining direct phone contact with clients. You’ll proactively coordinate all landlord communication, provide support, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member when needed.

You’ll remind landlords to review and accept pending bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process. Additionally, you will assist in enhancing property listing by adding new offers and completing any missing details when necessary.

The main goal is to ensure seamless operations, optimize property listings, and support landlords in maximing their rental opportunities with Uniplaces!

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English & Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential.

Important Details

  • This is a remote-based role in Portugal.

  • Internship contract with a duration of 6 months.

  • Includes an internship grant + meal allowance.

  • Access to a co-working office in Lisbon, Monday to Friday.

  • Requires availability of 40H per week.
