We are currently searching for a Support Engineer:

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation tools and processes to streamline infrastructure management and improve efficiency.
• Lead capacity planning, including demand forecasting and continuous resource optimization across all application infrastructure.
• Maintain production environments, ensuring High Availability (HA), Resiliency, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Build and maintain SRE infrastructure, including tools, scripts, and integrations with platforms like Prometheus/Grafana.
• Define observability metrics and thresholds, and create frameworks for data capture, trend analysis, and alerts.
• Manage alert monitoring and governance, addressing issues according to schedule.
• Bridge between support and engineering for incident management, improving response and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with engineering for continuous performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university
• Expert level understanding of Linux environment and Database
• Systematic problem solving approach
• Strong sense of ownership and drive
• While certification is not required, formal training in range of programming language/s and different operating and programming platform cab be asset.
• Network diagnostic skills and experience with networks and real-time messaging technologies
• Strong scripting skills, like Perl, Python, or UNIX shell.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
