Real Estate Agent - AI Trainer
Join our customer's team as a Real Estate Agent - AI Trainer, where your expertise will help shape the future of real estate technology. In this unique role, you'll combine your industry knowledge with a passion for communication to train AI systems to accurately interpret property listings, understand client needs, and manage real estate transactions. Become a key subject matter expert (SME) contributing to the development of smarter, more responsive AI solutions in the property market.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with AI development teams to provide real estate expertise and guidance.- Review, annotate, and refine property listings and legal documentation to improve AI understanding.- Advise on buyer and seller representation, property matchmaking, and contract creation within AI training modules.- Share insights on effective communication and persuasive strategies in client interactions.- Simulate real estate scenarios and dialogues to support AI learning processes.- Validate the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content for property transactions.- Participate in regular feedback sessions to ensure AI alignment with real-world real estate practices.
Qualifications:- Licensed real estate agent with proven experience in residential or commercial sales.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.- Demonstrated ability to analyze property listings, conduct client interviews, and negotiate sales conditions.- Familiarity with legal contracts, sales documentation, and disclosure requirements.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.- Enthusiastic about leveraging technology to enhance real estate processes.- Commitment to delivering clear, persuasive communication in both written and verbal formats.
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience as an SME or trainer in real estate or related technology projects.- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data annotation processes.- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to support diverse client scenarios.
