What you’ll achieve

As a Program Lead (Senior Principal Engineer) you will be responsible for the overall success of the Client Engineering Engagement with the customer, you will also be the point of contact for any program escalations and provide technical direction to the overall engagement. This role is for a leader who will cultivate strong customer relationships, act as the trusted advisor to the customer executive team.

You will:

• Creates/owns solutions documentation and leads technical customer engagements, leads executive level customer facing presentations.

• Responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities at existing clients as well as opportunities with new clients.

• Develops and implements best practices and process improvements throughout the organization, influences and negotiates cross-functional teams.

• Build and develop team competence through certifications and training programs.

• Prepares technical architectural and implementation design documents and works with the Project Manager to develop the implementation plan, Manage Escalation & Change Control procedures necessary.

Essential Requirements

• 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience in Azure VDI, Deployment Technologies (SCCM, Intune), MECM etc.

• Azure VDISCCMMECMIntune Subject Matter Expert, exposure to cyber security concepts and managing security monitoring desk.

• Proven track record in Mobile Device Management, advanced writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer.

• Advanced knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies.

• Strong organizational planning and development, business judgment, influential skills and technical leadership, experience with establishing processes, controls, risk management and resource allocation.

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in running multifunctional and remote teams

• Certification in SCCMMECM Intune design and administration.
