- Responding to live chat inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns and inquiries.

- Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in live chat and tele chat software.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
