Key Responsibilities • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to customers. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, directing them to our array of services, while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. • Inform customers about our current offerings and promotions. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients. • Play an integral role in achieving the team’s daily, monthly, and yearly sales objectives. • Update and manage sales reporting systems diligently. • Facilitate and oversee weekly sales meetings, ensuring that the agenda is followed, team collaboration is encouraged, and key action items are tracked. • Manage and update sales channels and platforms as needed. Required Skills • Exceptional communication skills, with perfect proficiency in English, as this role involves interaction with US clients. • An enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor, with a strong commitment to delivering top-notch service. • Basic comprehension of sales principles and customer service strategies. • Familiarity with marketing fundamentals and the ability to analyze market research and consumer behavior. • Proficiency in creating spreadsheets and interpreting quantitative data to assess ROI and KPI metrics, including managing email campaigns and maintaining marketing materials. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is advantageous. • Previous experience in a sales or customer service position is preferred but not mandatory.
