Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will act as a vital communication link between our customers and the company, providing real-time support and assistance through live chat. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues... and guiding customers through their purchasing experience. Responsibilities  Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries and provide information.  Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance.  Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service and response efficiency.  Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.  Monitor chat metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement.  Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate support. Requirements  High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.  Exceptional written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.  Ability to handle multiple chat sessions and prioritize inquiries efficiently.  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.  Familiarity with customer service software, chat tools, and CRM systems.  Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
