What You’ll Do: Respond promptly to customer queries via live chat. Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and efficiency. Document interactions and escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams. Maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude in every interaction. What We’re Looking For: Excellent written communication skills. Ability to type 50+ words per minute with accuracy. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus but not required. Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems.
