Join our team and play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service as a Dedicated Chat Support Agent. With the growing demand for live chat support, we’re expanding our team to include more agents who are ready to engage and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns. Your Role... As a Dedicated Chat Support Agent, you’ll handle inbound emails or chat support, focusing on one specific account to provide personalized and consistent service. Engage with customers to address their questions, offer solutions, and maintain the brand’s reputation for excellent customer support. Qualifications: Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Capable of empathizing with customers, managing difficult conversations, and de-escalating tense situations. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and navigate through various systems effectively. Technical proficiency to manage software installations/uninstallations and troubleshoot equipment issues. Position Details: Contract Length: Flexible, with no fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Hours Per Week: Flexible schedule ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week. Requirements: Access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, laptop) for using chat and social media functions. Ability to work independently, closely follow instructions, and maintain availability for at least 5 hours per week. Location: This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work online from anywhere in the United States.
