As a key member of our company, you'll provide warm, professional, and efficient phone support to businesses across a variety of industries. There will be opportunities for advancement for candidates who excel in the role. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls promptly and with a positive, helpful attitude • Accurately capture caller information and... messages, ensuring timely delivery • Address basic client questions according to established guidelines • Schedule appointments and/or transfer calls • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met Required Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision • Computer proficiency and typing skills Experience • 1+ years of customer service or receptionist experience (previous remote work experience is a plus).
