Our successful candidates will want to gain a meaningful work experience with us for Summer 2025. Many departments based out of our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering interns, and associates to work from home several days a week. Work Location: Remote available for non-location critical roles. Location critical roles must have a presence on-site. Learn more about our company by: ? participating in an introductory insurance class(es) ? engaging with different departments to understand our corporate structure ? signing up for optional learning development tracks / opportunities ? interacting with leadership and experienced associates ? participating in group and individual projects Be equipped with/to (may vary by role/department): ? assist with business activities and processes ? participate and contribute to team meetings, presentations, and projects ? generate reports, promotional/educational materials, and other work products ? serve internal and external customers ? knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, and object-oriented programming concepts and languages ? knowledge of databases, simple data analysis, and reporting ? knowledge of computer hardware, imaging, software installation including applications such as Microsoft Office 365 Suite ? understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP protocol, load balancing, monitoring, etc.), Linux/Windows server platform, virtualization, cloud computing concepts ? prior experience in customer-facing service work through volunteering, employment, and/or extracurricular activities ? ability to research, and understand and author technical documentation, and to utilize available resources to resolve technical problems ? effective communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audience ? ability to interact effectively with management and colleagues to prioritize and organize work ? willingness to continually learn new technologies, skills, and improved processes ? awareness of current and emerging technology trends ? reliable and service-oriented mindset Please attach a copy of your college transcript(s) with application. Candidates should have the ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship. Our company is not currently hiring interns for this role if they will need sponsorship at any time in the future, including Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT).
