Position: Medical Benefits Specialist Pay: $17/hr. Full time + Weekly Pay and Benefits Schedule: Must be able to accept an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation M-F 7am-8pm CST. Type of role: Temp to possible perm Equipment: Associates MUST provide own device which can be any PC, Apple, Chromebook or thin desktop device such as a home computer, etc. No tablets or phones. Job Details:  Perform both outbound and inbound calls servicing patients depending on department you're assigned to.  Speak to providers and perform medical benefit investigations.  Verify and input critical patient demographic data into the system. Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent medical insurance verification experience required.  Must have high speed internet with the modem access.  Positive and friendly personality with exceptional attendance.  Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment. The following technical requirements must be met to work from home:  Provide your own personal Windows PC or Laptop  No tablets or mobile phones permitted. (NO EXCEPTIONS)  Either Integrated or External webcam on is REQUIRED.  Minimum RAM requirements: 16gb of RAM, 250gb of storage  Internet connection with a rated speed of 1Mbps download and 768 Kbps upload.  Once hired you'll be required to install and use the mandatory Company software including a Company paid for anti-virus software.
