Job Overview Join our mission-driven team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in a fully remote capacity. We are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking support. Key Responsibilities • Conduct individual therapy sessions with a weekly caseload of over 30 clients. • Document client progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as needed. • Employ various clinical methodologies, including Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, and more. • Collaborate effectively with a full-time scheduler to optimize client interactions. Required Skills • Proficiency in diverse clinical approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and DBT. • Strong documentation capabilities for maintaining client progress and treatment adjustments. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for client engagement. Qualifications • Master's degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. • Active and current CA state licensure (associates or interns are not accepted). • Candidates must primarily reside in California. Compensation And Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of (75K for part-time to )130K for full-time, based on hours worked.
