Project Coordinator – Wireless Site Acquisition openings available! Position Summary... We have an exciting opportunity for a Scoping Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager by maintaining site acquisition document control and database management. This role will involve tracking project activities and coordinating team communications to ensure project goals are accomplished within the specified time frame and budget. • Location: 100% REMOTE • (1) for West Coast / PST • (1) for East Coast / EST • Pay: ~ $27/hr--$31/hr (DOE) Company Overview Join a dynamic organization that provides critical support in the defense, federal, and cyber intelligence sectors. Key Responsibilities • Maintain document control and database management. • Track project activities and facilitate team communications. • Manage electronic project files and upload documents to databases. • Oversee the RFDS database in collaboration with the team and clients. • Maintain project trackers and client tracking databases. • Attend weekly/daily deployment meetings to keep updated on project status. Qualifications • 2+ years of project administration experience (1+ years as a Telecom Project Coordinator in the wireless telecommunications industry is preferred). • High school graduate or equivalent (specialized training may substitute for part of the experience). • Strong background in data analytics and data entry. • AT&T Site Acquisition Coordination experience is a significant plus. • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. • Specific wireless telecom project coordination experience preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organized and accurate project records. Additional Details • Pay Rate: $27/hr - $31/hr, commensurate with experience. • Term: 6-month contract (W2) with the potential for long-term employment (likely 2+ years). • Location: Remote, with East Coast hours required for 1 opening; West Coast hours required for 1 opening • Hours: M-F; flexible start time (as early as 6:30 AM). • Overtime: Minimal expected. • Background Check: Required (including DMV, employment verification, U.S. citizenship). • Drug Screen: 10-panel test.
