Key Responsibilities • Proactively engage with insurance carriers to secure timely and complete payments for claims. • Conduct in-depth research and submit corrected claims or appeals as needed to facilitate swift resolution. • Communicate effectively with insurance representatives to address any discrepancies in payments. • Process and document adjustments, including write-offs, transfers, and chargebacks across multiple platforms. • Provide supplementary information to clients to bolster collection initiatives. • Analyze insurance reimbursement receipts for precision and thoroughness. • Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information by adhering to professional standards and organizational policies, as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
