Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and personable Client Relations Bookkeeper to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing bookkeeping for multiple clients and thrive in a client-facing role. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: • Manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow. •... Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients. • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide financial insights. • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and excellent client service. • Assist with tax preparation and compliance as needed.
