Use your analytical prowess to spot trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data. Develop and maintain robust data models and reporting systems to support our data-driven culture. Be a predictive wizard, forecasting future trends and opportunities with your analytical skills. Ensure data integrity by meticulously cleaning, transforming, and preprocessing data. Champion data governance practices to uphold accuracy, security, and compliance standards. Collaborate closely with department heads and leadership to deliver impactful insights and recommendations. What You'll Bring A passion for data and its potential to drive business success. A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in a data-focused role, ideally with exposure to financial planning and analytics. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Strong knowledge of data management and database systems (SQL, NoSQL). A knack for statistical analysis and predictive modeling. Exceptional problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for translating complex findings into actionable insights.
