 *Virtual Assistant - Digital Product Creation, Email Management, Social Media Graphics, and Admin**  *Location:** Remote  *Hours:** 5-10 hours per week...  *Responsibilities:** 1. Digital Product Creation: - Develop digital product suite, including workbooks, worksheets, or guides for UGC creators. - Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligns with business goals. 2. Email Management and Automations: - Set up and manage email platform (e.g., Convert Kit) for efficient communication. - Create and automate email sequences for outreach and client follow-ups. 3. Social Media Graphics: - Design visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Canva). - Ensure graphics are on-brand, engaging, and optimized for each platform. 4. Admin Tasks: - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, research, and data entry. - Maintain organized digital files and documentation.  *Requirements:** - Proven experience in digital product creation and graphic design. - Familiarity with email platforms and automation tools. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and time management abilities. - Proficiency in tools like Canva, Zoho Mail, and Google Drive. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently.  *Preferred but Not Required:** - Experience in content creation or digital marketing.  *How to Apply:** Please send me examples of your work creating workbooks, worksheets or ebooks Apply Job!
