You recognize the need for professional behavior to ensure that we have excellent customer service recognition for all incoming calls... This position works anywhere from 20-30 hours/week between the hours of 7:30am-6pm. The ideal candidate will have flexibility for varying hours between our hours of operation within the call center to ensure appropriate coverage. Write your next chapter: Under the guidance of the Client Support Supervisor, you will receive and route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate destination utilizing a multi-line phone system. You will maintain positive call and service metrics, while also inputting data into the client electronic health record and maintaining confidentiality. You have keen attention to detail in order to accurately obtain and enter client's health record information which may include demographics, insurance, health history information for new clients. You enjoy building and maintaining relationships with both clients and family members via phone by answering general questions about the organization and programs by utilizing the policies, procedures, and telephone script. Assist the clients with needs that may include scheduling/rescheduling, cancellations, and confirmations of appointments. Process and monitor authorizations for release of client information. Monitor the automated appointment reminder system, staff alerts, and client messages. You have: • HSD/GED • A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain auto insurance • CPR/First Aid Certification or the willingness to obtain one, as well as the willingness to submit to background check and fingerprinting • Ability to regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR, and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously Preferably: • Previous experience working in a call center environment • Customer service skills Who are we?
