This role is perfect for someone who can handle multiple tasks across personal, business, and creative areas, allowing the entrepreneur to focus on their strengths in creative and strategic work. Key Responsibilities: Work-Life Balance: Help manage family time, appointments, and balancing work-life commitments. Goal Tracking: Use the Genius framework to track goals, progress, and ensure accountability for key milestones. Project Management: Assist in completing ideas, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are moving toward completion. Travel Organization: Arrange travel, including booking flights, hotels, and managing itineraries for conferences and other engagements. Social Media Management: Oversee content distribution across social media channels, ensuring quality control and consistent posting. Networking & Deal Flow: Keep track of deal flow, organize new contacts, and follow up on business opportunities from networking events. Cash Flow Management: Assist with tracking cash flow for multiple businesses, products, and services. Compliance: Ensure all business deadlines, visas, and licenses are up to date and compliant. Health & Diet: Help monitor and organize activities to ensure health and diet goals are maintained. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with entrepreneurs or high-level executives. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and social media platforms. Ability to work independently while keeping the entrepreneur accountable and on track. Must be comfortable managing both personal and business-related tasks. Ability to work in the Thailand time zone (GMT+7). Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
