Salary: ECCO Group USA is hiring for their Verizon FIOS Home Services Program... Are you interested in a remote work from home position with a reputable company? In this role, you will contact customers who are eligible for Verizon FiOS Home services and establish new customer accounts for TV and Internet services. ECCO Group offers Work from Home schedules, if you qualify, with paid comprehensive 5-dayremote training. ECCO Group USA offers hourly pay plus commission paid out weekly. Start date is Tuesday October 22. Full Time Schedule: • Training starts Tues 10/22 11am-6pm • Schedule is 11am-8pm | Monday-Saturday with a weekday and Sunday off • Hourly pay is $11/hr. plus commission and bonuses based on sales performance. • Must be cleared by IT and install our required programming on your PC during our system setup session. Required Qualifications: • 1 year of sales experience-mandatory • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications • Comfortable relating to customers and offering solutions with ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner • Self-directed with analytical skills • Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Home services experience – sales • Strong sales skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism • Ability to navigate multiple web interfaces/browsers/systems competently • Call Center Sales experience or Outside Sales experience a plus!
