Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. • Foster and maintain relationships with clients and candidates alike. • Collaborate with our leadership team to understand hiring needs and develop role-specific recruitment strategies. Requirements: • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience. • Proven track record of successful placements in various industries. • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
