As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. Your main objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure that each interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fast-paced and exciting role that requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support. Responsibilities  Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries, answer questions, and provide product information  Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner  Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records  Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and escalate complex cases  Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends Â...
