We have an immediate opening for a dedicated REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE(CONTRACT)! Based in our vibrant Remote office, this role is available now. We are looking for highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join the 5 Star Nexus Connections team. An agent on our team will provide exceptional customer support for Fortune 500 companies in a fully remote capacity. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving issues related to customer accounts, product/service information, and general support queries.
