Role Description We are seeking a Front End Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sam's Club in Gurnee, IL. As a critical member of our front-end staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will work closely with our members to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on self-service technology.
