Operations Excellence (Manufacturing) We are looking for professionals who have worked in manufacturing operations and understand the challenges and solutions related to operations excellence in manufacturing industries. This masterclass would involve sharing with our executive learners some of the following topics; • evolution of manufacturing excellence and key capabilities required in optimizing cost, quality, reliability • use of manufacturing best practices like lean, 5S, 6Sigma, TQM • technology in manufacturing operations - industry 4.0, automation, predictive maintenance, IOT, ML, AI in manufacturing The successful candidate will bring a wealth of industry experience in manufacturing operations and a passion for teaching to help our strategic management understand best practices in the above areas. Responsibilities: Design and Deliver Engaging Classes: Create and deliver high-impact, engaging online classes on Supply Chain Operations to mid-senior level working executives. Industry Insights: Provide students with practical insights and real-world examples from your experience in the eCommerce and quick commerce industries. Qualifications: Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing operations in manufacturing enterprises with experience of driving manufacturing excellence. Educational Background: MBA Operations or advanced training in Operations Management or a related field is preferred. Understanding of Industry Practices in Manufacturing: Good understanding of manufacturing enterprises operations, quality, manufacturing excellence. Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching or training is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
