A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a Remote Claims User Acceptance Tester. This individual will validate that all business requirements are met before product release, ensuring quality and defect resolution through positive and negative testing.  This role is 100% remote and requires working EST hours ... Responsibilities: The Remote Claims User Acceptance Tester will be responsible for:  Acting as a subject matter expert in validating that business requirements are met before project go-live  Leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) events for timely project delivery  Creating and managing UAT plans, test cases, and specifications  Handling UAT planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting  Participating in data mining activities to understand requirements and solution design  Collaborating with IT, CORE, and Claims teams to meet UAT objectives  Identifying and managing risks and issues related to UAT Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree  4+ years of IT quality assurance and testing experience  Knowledge of creating test plans, cases, scripts, and procedures  Prior experience in user acceptance testing and various testing levels (unit, integration, system)  Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in scope  Strong collaboration skills with Business Analysts and technical teams  Detailed, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills:  Knowledge of medical care, government programs, and commercial lines-of-business  Project management certification  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Apply Job!Â
