Position Overview Navistar has an exciting remote opportunity for a Process Lead-Production and Logistics... This position is for a Process Lead for International’s common development group in Production & Logistics area of the business Responsibilities • Common development • Creating, adjusting, and managing Standard Operating Procedures • Project management of new workstreams • Measuring and improving the efficiency of daily operations, • Coordinating a large, cross functional group Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree • At least 8 years of process improvement, lean or six sigma experience • At least 2 years of management experience OR • Master’s degree • At least 6 years of process improvement, lean or six sigma experience • At least 2 years of management experience OR • At least 10 years of process improvement, lean or six sigma experience • At least 2 years of management experience Additional Requirements • Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills • Strong project management • Experience in Logistics, and experience in IT centric processes. • Understanding process mapping and documentation, and be familiar with creating a comprehensive sustainable roadmap • Knowledge of or experience in automotive industry and/or truck manufacturing and logistics is a plus • Experience or knowledge of production lean operating systems.
