We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join the Information Security and Protection team at Microsoft. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working closely with our executive and administrative teams to provide seamless support across multiple areas. If you are passionate about business support, event coordination, and organizational management, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative and staffing support to the team, including office space management, resource allocation, procurement, headcount management, onboarding, and event coordination. • Oversee procurement of equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and other office necessities. • Assist in planning and managing both small and large-scale meetings, events, and travel logistics. • Handle cost reporting in compliance with Microsoft’s policies. • Support team-building activities, employee appreciation events, and offsite gatherings. • Maintain confidential employee information and group data with integrity. • Support new hires with office setups, equipment, and onboarding processes. • Coordinate with the business operations community for various organizational activities and events. • Take initiative in handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a global, cross-functional environment. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of managerial, business support, or customer service experience, preferably in an environment focused on meeting planning, event management, and travel coordination. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry tasks. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to make decisions within the scope of responsibility. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with administrative support in a global team setting. • Experience with event planning, travel management, and employee onboarding.
