As a Virtual Assistant at Costco, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our members. Your responsibilities will include:- Customer Support: Responding to member inquiries and addressing their needs promptly and professionally via email, chat, and phone.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and document preparation.
- Order Processing: Assisting with online order processing, returns, and tracking deliveries.
- Organization: Managing and organizing digital files, documents, and schedules.
- Problem Solving: Resolving member issues and finding effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other remote team members and departments to provide comprehensive support.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
