We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assist with various administrative tasks while offering live chat support. The perfect candidate should possess keen attention to detail and the adaptability to assist in diverse areas, coupled with a strong command of the English language. Mathematical expertise is not required for this role. Comprehensive training will be provided, so no... specific prior experience is necessaryÂjust a willingness to learn and contribute. What You Will Do: Provide customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through live chat on business websites and social media platforms. Engage with both existing and potential new customers, assisting with support and sales-related questions. Contract Details: Open-ended contract with no fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements: Access to a device with social media and website chat functionality (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop). Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines and instructions. Availability to work at least 10 hours per week. A dependable internet connection. Weekly Hours: At least 10 hours per week. Location: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates in the United States.
