Key Responsibilities • Select Assignments: Navigate our user-friendly educator portal to identify and choose opportunities that match your qualifications. • Engage and Inspire: Establish a dynamic virtual learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and success. • Curriculum Development: Craft comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the curriculum to promote effective learning outcomes. • Track Progress: Monitor and assess student performance, ensuring continuous academic development. • Build Relationships: Foster meaningful connections with students to support their educational journey. Required Skills • Valid New York State Professional Teaching License in any STEM field. • Strong ability to develop engaging lesson plans and cultivate a positive educational environment. • Effective communication skills to establish rapport with students. • Experience in curriculum development and assessing student progress is advantageous. Qualifications • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Authorization to work in the United States. • Successful completion of a Virtual Skills Teaching Demonstration and background check as part of the application process. • Prior experience in online teaching is preferred but not mandatory.
