Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, your commitment to accuracy and client management will play an integral part in enhancing our customer experience. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work in the office three days a week and from home for the... remaining days. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the establishment and updates of client accounts. • Ensure the accuracy of client profile information. • Process online bidder approvals effectively. • Update client information, generate reports, and manage shipping instruction requests. • Maintain and organize mailing list data entries. • Handle bidder/show cards and confirm sales tax details from bidder cards. • Manage client survey responses. • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives. Required Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. • Exceptional multitasking abilities with a strong emphasis on detail. • A positive attitude coupled with a willingness to learn and grow. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry is required. • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
