Position Responsibilities:   • Coordinate with the Make Ready Center leadership team to assess available equipment, identify remanufacturing needs, and determine new purchase requirements • Manage asset logistics by collaborating with Shipping and Receiving to track equipment movements in and out of the Make Ready Center • Communicate equipment requisition needs and issues with the Logistics Planning and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations • Analyze daily and weekly workloads to forecast manpower requirements and prepare relevant productivity and out-of-stock reports for leadership • Maintain and update the equipment shipping schedule in coordination with Red Fleet and third-party transportation providers for efficient distribution • Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  • Bachelor’s Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 4 plus years of related experience   Preferred Education and Experience:    • Bachelor’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
