Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and work with managers to improve employee performance. Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and provide insights to drive organizational effectiveness. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in India. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven HR decision-making. Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive HR information. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
