As a Sales Closer, you will play a crucial role in finalizing deals, driving revenue, and achieving sales targets. If you have a proven track record of closing sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding targets, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: • Close Sales: Effectively close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Lead Follow-Up: Engage with warm leads and follow up with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. • Product Knowledge: Should possess comprehensive knowledge of property features, pricing, market trends, and local regulations to provide expert guidance to sellers. • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with sellers. • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. • Sales Documentation: Ensure all sales activities and transactions are accurately documented.
