Seeking contract MD, DO, or FNP (primary care specialty) to join a team of mental health clinicians (mental health prescribers and psychotherapists) to provide integrated physical health care via telehealth. The ideal candidate is interested in joining a team and has experience with addiction medicine and/or behavioral health. The candidate can be located anywhere in the USA and preference will be given to those who reside in OR, WA, UT or ID. The candidate must be licensed or willing to obtain a license in Oregon. We treat a full spectrum of mental health conditions to patients through telemedicine direct to patients' homes, with in-office locations in Oregon, Washington and Utah. Benefits of Skycloud: • Excellent administrative support • User-friendly EMR • Clinician trainings, collaboration, and consultation groups • Credentialing • Scheduling • Billing • Group malpractice insurance • Video software • Patient screening • VPN • HIPAA compliant technology and training • Flexible schedule (specific hours chosen by clinician) • We actively seek your feedback and implement a shared decision-making model • Learn more about us at www.skycloudhealth.com/our-team/ Job Description: This position is fully remote. • Attending to patients via Skycloud Mental Health’s Digital Health platform and treating patients. • Obtaining a focused medical history and asking patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses of patients. • Provide clinical assessment and evaluation for the treatment of patients • MDM and the formulation of suitable treatment plans to address non-threatening conditions, such as common colds, cases of flu, ear infections, urinary tract infections, allergies, rashes, weight loss, and fitness instructions. • Electronic prescribing of suitable medications to patients and providing proper dosage and administration instructions. • Ordering of diagnostic testing and referrals to other health care providers • Maintaining accurate electronic medical records of patients' contact details, medical history, prescribed medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progress. • Adhere to all corporate Information Security policies and procedures. Identify any breaches or potential breaches of corporate Information Security standards and communicate those to appropriate individuals. Maintain integrity, availability, and confidentiality of all PHI. Adhere to HIPAA standards for information security, privacy, and confidentiality. • Oversee the reporting of diagnostic testing results and follow-up treatment, referrals, and recovery. Qualifications/Fit: • Licensed or willing to obtain a license in Oregon. • Experience in telehealth or remote care settings is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication management, and chronic disease management. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and educate patients effectively through virtual platforms. • Proficiency in using telehealth technology and EHR systems. • Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload efficiently. • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to high-quality care. • For FNPs: At least 5 years of experience. Timeline and Expectations: • Timeline to credentialing 3-6 months after receiving Oregon license. • Expect to start with 1-3 clients per week and gradually increase caseload.
