Key Responsibilities • Extract and consolidate auction data into specified Excel templates. • Communicate auction information efficiently to the internal team via email. • Conduct thorough reviews of posted data to ensure precision and consistency with the original auction details. • Identify, analyze, and rectify any discrepancies or errors in data postings. • Collaborate with the posting team to provide timely updates and feedback for enhanced data accuracy. • Maintain a well-organized record of auction data, posting outcomes, and any modifications made. • Propose improvements to streamline data handling workflows for increased effectiveness. • Assist with additional tasks and projects related to wholesale data management as required. Required Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry, with a strong emphasis on error-checking to uphold data integrity. • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills for identifying errors and inconsistencies. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly concerning intricate data issues. • Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute with a 95% accuracy rate in data entry.
