Duties And Responsibilities: • Oversees the operation of all tray packers and ensures their smooth functioning, including loading trays and monitoring glue levels • The key to keeping the video jet running efficiently is to regularly maintain it, which involves cleaning it thoroughly, replenishing ink as needed, coding data accurately, and printing legibly at all times. • Appropriate operation of the shrink-wrap machine and film adjustments are the responsibilities of the monitor. • Take up the responsibilities of the Packaging Machine Operator in their absence, including monitoring production output, performing quality checks, and adjusting machine settings. • Make sure that the date on the main shipping document is clear by regularly reviewing it and implementing necessary corrections. • Sourcing and arranging the equipment and materials for a production run. • Creates a tidy, secure, and productive work atmosphere by maintaining cleanliness and safety. • Emphasizes the importance of maintaining a positive attitude toward work and colleagues. • Follows a reliable and consistent attendance pattern. • To preserve product quality, promote personnel safety, and ensure food safety, employees must maintain hygienic conditions and follow GMPs. Report any problematic practices or conditions that may cause harm to food quality or safety • Carry out sanitation procedures in accordance with department and food safety regulations (sometimes for the entire duration of your shift). • Keep your extended run fillers operating at peak efficiency by performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning. • Skillful navigation of a tablet's operating system is a must-have for conducting thorough quality and performance evaluations • In order to get the best results from your recipe, it's important to mix your ingredients in the right way. This means following the instructions closely and paying close attention to the order in which ingredients are added • Capacity to perform precise mathematical operations, including problem-solving techniques encompassing proportions, ratios, fractions, and percentages. • MFI has the obligation to maintain the safety and quality of its food products. • Performs other alike assignments and responsibilities upon request. • Carry out any supplementary duties requested.
