Position Overview: As a Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with our services. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, solving issues, and providing guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Provide information regarding our tutoring services, scheduling, and payment processes • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues with their accounts or online access • Document client interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement • Collaborate with various departments to resolve client concerns effectively • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling challenging situations Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in customer service or client support role • Bachelor's degree preferred • Comfortable speaking on the phone and making calls • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Benefits Why Learner?
