You'll be instrumental in creating user guides, API references, informative Help Center articles, and clear release notes. Do you thrive on making complex concepts understandable? Are you eager to translate technical jargon into user-friendly... language? If you answered yes, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., technical writing, communication, or a related technical field) OR a minimum of 2 years of demonstrably relevant industry experience. Skills: Strong knowledge of technical writing principles and best practices. Excellent research and analytical abilities. Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Skilled reviewer and editor with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Commitment to quality and a dedication to doing things the right way. Creative problem-solving skills to optimize project efficiency and deliver high-quality results. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving products. Passion for continuous learning and professional development. Meticulous and organized approach to managing writing projects. This role includes a Base salary of up to £32k including some fantastic benefits including Fully remote & unlimited A/L.
