Social Worker (part-time) We are seeking a dedicated part-time Social Worker to join our Nursing Facility Assessment team. This role involves reviewing Level II evaluations for individuals with Mental Illness (MI) or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD), working closely with the Nurses to develop determinations and specialized service recommendations. The position also includes... creating guidance and training for Level II evaluators. Duties:  Collaborate with the Nurses to review Level II evaluations and create determination letters.  Develop guidance and training materials for Level II evaluators regarding specialized services.  Provide timely assistance to Level I and Level II evaluators, referring cases to appropriate staff and community services.  Document services provided using established tracking strategies. Qualifications:  Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited college or university and licensed to practice in the State of Kansas.  Minimum of two years experience in nursing facilities, mental health centers, or developmental disability services.  Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills.  Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially in Excel.
